***The shifts are Sunday to Wednesday 6am-2pm, 12pm-10pm, & 10pm-6am or Wednesday to Saturday 6am-2pm, 12pm-10pm, & 10pm-6am.***
Responsibilities:
The Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician will be responsible for monitoring, networking, ticketing, and troubleshooting within the NOC environment.
Qualifications:
- 1 years of Network Operations Center (NOC) experience
- Cisco networking skills
- SolarWinds monitoring experience
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow or other ticketing systems
- Cisco CCNA CompTIA
- Knowledge of network technologies, connectivity, protocols, and security
- Solid problem solving
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
- Strong skills in troubleshooting
